Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping (free)
All orders are dispatched within 24 hours.
Once dispatched, the delivery time will be:
- Metro Cities: 2-5 days
- Other Areas: 3-7 days
We use express shipping at no extra cost.
Free Shipping is available on prepaid orders.
Please note that it may take more than 5 days in some cities due to public holidays, weather, or a lack of transportation facilities.
If your order status still shows unfulfilled after 5 days or if you don’t receive a tracking email, please mail us at info@psyke.in and we will help you out.
International Shipping
International shipping is an extra charge and is not included in the product's price. Final shipping charges will be visible during checkout.
The prices of products are inclusive of taxes but exclude customs duties. All applicable duties shall be borne by the customer. PSYKE is not responsible for these charges.
We recommend contacting your local customs office to inquire about what these rates would be for parcels being shipped from India to your country of residence.
